Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #146

As the new paper packets from CTMH have even more patterned papers to choose from, I decided to use three different patterns on this card and no cardstock. I stamped my birds and flowers using Hollyhock, Smoothie, and Sunset inks and then fussy cut them out. I then stamped the sentiment, cake and garland in Slate ink directly onto the patterned papers.
My picture does not show it very clearly, but I used the silver foil tape behind my centered piece of patterned paper. This card came together very quickly, and I finished it off with a few bitty sparkles. At this stage, it does not feel 100% done, but I often feel this way about clean and simple cards.
Thank you for stopping by, and I truly appreciate your comments. I hope that you get inspired and decide to play along with us at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.
Also, this week at Between the Folds the challenge is to use the Charlotte paper packet, and I am going to submit this card there as well.
Happy Crafting!
