Chantilly Frame

At the end of April I will be having my very first workshop in Port Alberni!  I am very excited and very glad that I meet Jenn of Beckonings Upcycled Furnishing & Home Decor at the Wedding Fair a few weeks ago.  Not only does she have a super cute shop filled with pretty, pretty things she has a large workspace in the back that she is happy to share!

The project we are going to make on Saturday, April 27th is a Bracket Frame featuring Chantilly Paper.  I paired it with Slate cardstock, Washi Tape, Parlor Velet Rubons and slate buttons.

Oh and a few bitty sparkles...

I just love how this frame turned out and cannot wait to show you how to make your own!  This workshop will be fun in that you will be able to personalize your frame…. a few ways we can do that is the paper is reversible and your “sweet” can become any word or colour you like! I also have different buttons and the ParlorVelet Rubons has several more shapes for you to choose from.

The cost for this workshop is $20 and includes all supplies.  Everyone is welcome and no you don't have to have previous paper crafting experience to create this project.  Just some patience and your favorite 4x6 photo is all you will need!

Space is limited so please RSVP today by calling:

Candra at 250-731-9706, email candraholmes@gmail.com
or
Jenn at 250-918-9113 or by visiting Beckonings at 4977 Argyle Street

And because I like to share my artwork I am entering this Frame into Heart 2 Heart Challenges for March Madness  under "Go Green" because not only does this project have green in it, it's just so SPRING!  I have also submitted it to The Memory Nest: Color Challenge!
