Found my Mojo on a Friday!

I love "Mojo Monday's" weekly card sketch challenge and for the past several weeks I haven't been able to participate given all the moving, traveling, child starting preschool, etc. etc. etc.  Ya know LIFE! I kept thinking I will get to it this week and nope but never fear this week I did it!

This weeks sketch from Mojo Monday is #261

Not having enough time the past several weeks has also made it that I haven't been able to play with a whole bunch of new stamp sets from the Fall/Winter Idea Book. Well this will just not do, I have decided to get to work and play!

The fun stamp set I used on this card is called "Cup of Cheer" and I so love the coffee beans!  It made such a cute border and this card came together in just a couple of minutes.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend full of crafting!

Avonlea Frame

In November our newly established Creative Club in Parksville will be creating this beautiful chipboard bracket frame featuring Close To My Heart's Avonlea Paper, Harvest Baker's Twine, Brown & Tan Sparkles! and  Houndstooth Alphabet.

As a group we will be learning how to make the Cricut Artiste "Rosettes" and probably a few flowers as well...

The cost for this workshop is $30 and includes all supplies (except adhesive and foam tape).  Everyone will have lots of extra embellishment supplies (sparkles, baker's twine and chipboard alphabet pieces) to take home. If interested, you can create a second frame for $10, this will cover the cost of the frame and paper needed and you will use up some of those extra embellishments!

Everyone Welcome!  Contact Candra to RSVP as space is limited.
