Pear & Partridge Christmas Trees

I spent last weekend in lovely Qualicum Beach at the 16th Annual Silver Sleigh Craft Fair with my Mom. Over the past several weeks, we created all sorts of crafty goodies for our table and I whipped up a few of these adorable little Christmas Tree sets using Pear & Partridge paper, my Art Philosophy and Artist Cricut Collections, Cranberry and Olive Inks, the Merry & Bright Holiday stamp, burlap ribbon and a sparkle or two...

Once I finally decided what I wanted my Christmas Trees to look like they were really very straight forward to put together (it's all in the deciding what to do that seems to slow me down...)  Originally I had cut the tree shapes out in Pear & Partridge but once together they seems to need more contrast so I then cut them out in cranberry and olive card stock a 1/4" large then the Pear & Partridge, I then cut my original "trees" apart and mounted the triangles. (Creates a nice frame in my opinion). All the flowers were cut out using my Art Philosophy and it is the <Snwflke2> option.  Love that a "snowflake" makes such a pretty flower!

I am entering my pretty little Pear & Partridge trees into Heart 2 Heart Challenges: Christmas Week Number Three!  I would also like to take this opportunity to wish all my friends in the USA a wonderful Thanksgiving!
