Workshop ='s Fun!

This last Saturday we had our very first Workshop On The Go in Parksville!  It was tons of fun and I got to spend the afternoon with some fun, crafty ladies.  I look forward to our next gathering (in a few weeks to finish off the Pemeberley WOTG) and all the future projects we are going to create together.

 I started to take some pictures and then everyone arrived at once and that was the end of pictures being taken as we got down to business.





As a fun bonus project we made this cute little card using the Dotty for You papers, soooo pretty and I loved that everyone made their card a little bit different using the same pieces of paper.  I so wish I had thought to take pictures of all the finish creations.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #178

I love how sometimes I see a sketch, and I create my card/project almost exactly the same and then other times it turns into something that still has the base elements but is not at all how I had planned it! That happened with this sketch for AHSC.  I started out with so many ideas (good sketches do that, give you tons of ideas) and then while playing with my many ideas this card was the outcome.
